Having M1K3 TV means having the best in streaming entertainment technology. Being able to provide our customer with the best entertainment possible is how we become one of the top-rated IPTV providers in the area. We not only give our customer what they need in entertainment. We go up and above what other providers simply cannot offer by give you really what you want in entertainment. Simply said, we go the extra mile for our customers so we can provide that extra ordinary or our customers like to say extraordinary streaming entertainment. M1K3 TV customers are provided an unmatched full access experience to all of the greatest channels, content, apps, and the premium licenses that only a few in the industry are able to provide directly to customers.
As technology changes, we must we have the ability to adapt with the new technology that always comes our way. M1K3 TV is always ahead of the technology curve and the ever-changing regulations that come with it. At the beginning of each year we have our new year-new update, this new year is no different. With new regulations worldwide and more customer being added than ever before. We have implemented major changes in our technology and will be rolling out new relay servers across each country we service. We will also be bringing online new multi-gig Premium UHD servers. Our Premium service will have over 10K more movies and TV Shows over our current Standard service.
Everyone at M1K3 TV is happy to see that we are continuing to earn your business even through the new year. I know 2025 was not an easy year for some of our customers. We had to bring over 3,200 new customers from other outdated and/or closed providers. That put our current service servers at maximum capacity. While I did continue to meet everyone's entertainment and streaming needs this did have a negative affect on the quality of service we were able to provide. We have taken that as a lesson learned and an opportunity for growth.
PLEASE, know that I'm very thankful for everyone's understanding and patience with us as we helped to keep everyone online and streaming as we went through our growing pains of 2025.
